Eamonn Reilly - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Reilly’s 15-year career in long-term care has been marked with success. Facilities under his direction have shown tremendous improvements in quality of care and financial performance in a short period of time. He is responsible for all phases of business operations, including the development and dissemination of the company’s philosophy and culture of quality care and high ethical principles. What makes Eamonn Reilly different from other long-term care leaders is his entrepreneurial approach. His vision for Ruxton is one focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he sees Ruxton as a leader in the future of the long-term care industry.


Mark Hollingsworth, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Mark’s 15 years of experience in long-term care finance and reimbursement has made him a central element in the success of Ruxton Health Care. Prior to beginning his career with Ruxton, Mr. Hollingsworth led a team of accounting and reimbursement specialists for a regional public accounting firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. His knowledge and business savvy help our facilities obtain the highest possible reimbursement from third-party payers and aid in maximizing financial efficiencies in each location. His skills complement Mr. Reilly’s operational acumen and fit in with Ruxton’s philosophy of employing top professional management.


Wendy Utz, RN - Vice President of Programs and Services

Wendy brings to Ruxton over 20 years of health care facility experience. As a former Administrator, Executive Director and Director of Nursing she has a diverse and comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of long-term care facilities. She is responsible for the development, implementation and assessment of clinical and operational programs for the company and is a core component in the advancement of Ruxton’s practice standards and customer service initiatives.

Lori Williams - Controller

Lori Williams,CPA has over six years of experience in public accounting and in the long-term care industry. In her role, she is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports for all affiliated companies. In addition, she plays an integral part in the analysis of Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement and cost reporting issues. Immediately prior to coming to Ruxton, Ms. Williams was Controller for Lorien Health Systems, a six facility long-term care and assisted living chain.

Myong Choi - Assistant Controller

Myong Choi, CPA brings a solid background of experience in the health care system to her position with Ruxton. Previously, Myong has had financial responsibilities at Lorien Health Systems, a long-term care & assisted living chain and Salisbury House Management, a management company of long term care facilities. In her current position she prepares financial statements and managements reports. She also prepares payroll reports and willingly accepts other accounting tasks as needed.
